Senior Technical Program Manager, Account and Device Integrity

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in diagnosing operational inefficiencies and architecting technical solutions to automate cross-departmental workflows.
  • Proficiency in AI models, security technology or abuse prevention sectors.
  • Ability to establish quantifiable milestones and utilize data-driven metrics to achieve long-term goals.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition and delivery of program Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), status updates, and key milestones.
  • Change vague or complex initiatives into actionable, structured project plans.
  • Utilize AI solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational productivity.
  • Draft precise communications for audiences, including executive leadership tiers.
  • Cultivate trusted partnerships across functions to serve as a sounding board.
