Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with one or more general purpose programming languages: Java, C/C++, Python, Objective C, JavaScript, or Go.
  • 5 years of software development experience.
  • Experience with mobile development.
  • Experience with backend development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience with Flutter and Dart.
  • Ability to drive projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Kotlin, ObjC, Swift.

This dual focus will extend to both the development and maintenance of the mobile application itself, as well as its interconnected backend systems, ensuring seamless functionality and robust performance across the entire ecosystem. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and best practices within the team, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and ongoing support. Your expertise will directly influence the architectural decisions and technical direction of our mobile offerings, making an impact on user experience and product success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement mobile architecture.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members for optimal decision-making.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence to enhance team performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the quality of mobile applications and backend systems.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and proactively contribute to system maintainability enhancements.
