Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  • 2 years of experience working with Engineering, Product teams, or executive leadership.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with business analysis and working data tools (e.g. SQL).
  • Experience leading initiatives and change management.
  • Experience working in cross-functional team environment with product managers, engineers, UX, and Research.
  • Experience driving product design to landing product initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and metrics measurement.

About the job

As a part of the Product and Sales Activation (PSA) team, you will play a key role in fueling Google Customer Solutions (GCS) advertiser growth by enabling Small and Medium Business (SMB) customers to achieve the most with our products today and shaping those products for tomorrow.

As the Global Product Lead for Agency, you will lead the strategy, GTM, and execution for Display and YouTube with GCS’ vast ecosystem of Agency partners to enable GCS to achieve unprecedented scale. In this role, you will design and lead the Display and YouTube strategy for Agencies/third parties and establish as the subject-matter-expert on Agencies. You will develop the SMB product outlook for Agencies and influence the product road map and deliver recommendations to executive stakeholders.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Gather, and synthesize insights to inform product prioritization.
  • Structure and organize data, run analyses, synthesize findings, and present clear recommendations to executives to drive future product strategy.
  • Maintain a strategic product agenda for executive audiences.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships with executive stakeholders across Product Managers (PM), gTech, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and more to deliver on a range of global workstreams.
  • Develop content for and present to stakeholders across multiple levels and multiple organizations across Google.
