Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in full-stack software development, including designing, building, and maintaining applications.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) and container orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects, make architectural decisions, and guide a team of engineers.
- Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies relevant to modern web applications and cloud services (e.g., Go, Java, Python, TypeScript, Angular, React).

As an Staff Full Stack Software Engineer on the GKE Agentic Experience team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of how users interact with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) through AI-driven interfaces and workflows. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications and services that leverage large language models and agentic systems to simplify cluster management, enhance feature discovery, and automate complex tasks. You will be expected to contribute to technical strategy, mentor other engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact solutions in a rapidly evolving area.

Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of robust and scalable full-stack systems for AI-powered agentic experiences within the GKE ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineering teams to define and implement innovative features and user interfaces.
- Drive technical decisions and best practices for building and productionizing applications that may involve technologies like Go, Java, TypeScript, Angular, OneMCP, and Google Cloud Platform services.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the team.
- Engage with the latest advancements in AI, large language models, and agentic frameworks to identify opportunities and solve complex technical challenges.
