Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
- 2 years of experience in managing people and leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in people management with the ability to mentor teams and manage talent and performance.
- Experience in deploying advertising solutions with the ability to guide teams on how to develop and deliver product go-to-market strategy.
- Experience in interacting and collaborating with executives with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with working in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Excellent thought leadership and problem solving skills, with the ability to lead operational initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
About the job
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of cross-product Regional Product Leads who partners with the Scaled business for Asia-Pacific (APAC) Google Customer Solutions (GCS). You will be leading the team to deliver core metrics, develop and activate product strategy, and work with regional and global stakeholders to influence Product Market fit.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. - Lead the team to deliver core metrics like output, input, health metrics.
- Manage, coach, develop a team of Regional Product Specialists and help them perform and grow.
- Lead development, deployment, and activation of APAC cross-product strategy for solutions that are rooted in GCS customer's marketing goals. Synthesize product feedback, and influence and advocate product prioritization and development for APAC Scaled customers.
- Partner with GCS Scaled Business Leads and Business Managers across APAC to influence their strategy and manage the performance of product metrics and strategy. Work with cross-functional and cross-regional internal partners to develop opportunities to increase product adoption for solutions.
- Collaborate in Product Market Fit for Global Product Leads, Business Strategy and Operations Leadership, and PSA Leadership to advocate the APAC customer needs and address product feedback from across the region.
