Business intelligence Manager, YouTube Marketing (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience coding in one or more programming languages (e.g., SQL).
  • 5 years of experience designing dashboards and visualization.
  • Experience managing client-facing projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and working with Engineering and Sales Services teams.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Experience supporting client-side media and marketing data science.
  • Experience working with advanced analytics solutions involving machine learning and statistical analytics.
  • Ability to operate in a fluid, constantly evolving and collaborative environment.

About the job

As a Business Intelligence for the Global Youtube Marketing team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining the dashboards that measure our marketing strategy. You will design, develop, and socialize dashboards and reporting, ensuring data quality and accessibility for advanced analytics. Your technical expertise will enable the marketing team to leverage data-driven insights to enhance campaigns and measure the impact of marketing initiatives.Know the user. Know the magic. Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain automated, easy-to-use dashboards that show how our marketing is performing.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses into specific marketing activities to identify what is driving the results.
  • Turn complex data into simple, visual charts and presentations that help the marketing team make decisions.
  • Build reporting tools that allow marketing partners to easily access and understand their own performance data.
  • Run the analysis to measure the impact of marketing campaigns.
