Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

This is a high-impact position focused on driving Google's Devices Sales programs across the entire Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. You will be responsible for defining and executing the regional strategy for partner engagement, prioritization, and deployment of sales activities to meet overall growth objectives. A critical component involves working closely with both retail and carrier partners, implementing a set of targeted programs including incentives, training, and advocacy to maximize the sellout of Google Pixel and Ecosystem products across all partner channels (Retail, Online, Telesales, B2B). You'll manage and activate these sales networks, ensuring the successful implementation of all new product introductions across all hardware categories and hitting country business goals.

The role requires strategic partnership with regional and in-country leadership to build a sustainable sales run-rate. Furthermore, you will manage third-party vendors and agencies to optimize execution and deliver upon SLAs. A crucial component is owning the collection and analysis of field and market insights to trigger data-driven decision-making and jointly develop strategic growth with commercial and marketing managers.

Travel for business related needs as required.

The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.

  • Lead the successful execution of New Product Introductions (NPIs) across all hardware categories with the ultimate objective of hitting country business goals.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors and optimize the approach of the sales agency in key markets (e.g., Poland, Czechia, Romania) to ensure operational compliance and successful sellout.
  • Own the collection and analysis of field insights to trigger key business decision-making, while collaborating closely with commercial and marketing managers to unlock new sales opportunities.
