The Customer Experience organization is the central global organization that owns the development and activation of go-to-market plans across all product areas for Google Cloud. As the Managing Director/Director of Sales Compensation you will lead a team that works across end to end compensation needs for Google Cloud providing a central point of accountability.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $315,000-$439,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Focus on end to end compensation acting as the central point of contact linking multiple teams involved in compensation systems, compensation design, compensation operations, to payroll.
- Monitor sales performance against incentive plan metrics to ensure incentive plan effectiveness, efficiencies, and accuracy.
- Liaise with systems in the design of the compensation system to ensure we have the right systems design and execution process.
- Lead and ensure effective administration of sales plans which includes comp plan set up (plan set up, rep to plan assignments, etc.), comp attainment ops (tickets, etc.), participant set up (plan acceptance, etc.), and on-boarding (new rep on-boarding, manage plan changes, etc.).
- Work closely with sales finance, central compensation teams and People Operations to design, develop, and deploy sales compensation plans incorporating a deep understanding of the company’s go-to-market strategy.
