Country Strategy and Operations Lead, Go-to-Market

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, or digital ads business.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in government regulatory engagements.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment.
  • Ability to execute and balance quality with speed.
  • Ability to work with people from different backgrounds.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to present problem statements, perform data analysis and investigations, and provide recommendations that drive commercial value.
  • Excellent communication and executive collaborations skills.

The Go-to-Market (GTM) team solves problems and brings strategies to life while ensuring that the business runs flawlessly. We help shape the future through go-to-market strategy, power the business through seamless operational excellence and grow leaders.

In this role, you will develop strategies that support leadership decision making, cross-functional alignment of goals and expectations, and help teams to execute plans. You will develop and drive business strategy in collaboration with the executive business partners, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. You will run the business cadence, help the organization navigate internal issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems, and design, manage, and deliver projects. You will help to set the focus, pace and direction of the business across teams to deliver on business opportunities by advocating, testing, and enabling our cross-functional teams. You will have a focus on partnering with the cross-functional Australia and New Zealand (AUNZ) leadership team around regulatory engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop cross-functional plans, and deliver insights and recommendations that shape the country operating strategy, including the approach to government regulation.
  • Define and solve problems/opportunities that impact the corporate reputation and the license to operate.
  • Establish and maintain business cadences and stakeholder relationships to deliver together on priorities and best practices.
  • Develop external intelligence and insights, including around Key Opinion Formers in market, to enable cross-functional decision-making.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders through strategy development and program management.
