Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA, Master’s degree or an advanced degree in a related field (Business, Economics, Finance, Technical).
- Experience in a technology company.
- Experience with SQL.
- Ability to be proactive and adaptable, to navigate change and ambiguity effectively.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and drive operational initiatives.
- Excellent investigative, business judgment skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive management.

As a Senior Analyst you will evaluate business and subscriber growth initiatives for our rapidly growing G1 business. You will excellent at financial modeling, translating complex data into actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders. You will be working with cross-functional teams. You will coordinate inputs and manage priorities across teams to drive shared goals and outcomes.

And nobody at Google loves big numbers like the Finance team when providing in depth analysis on all manner of strategic decisions across Google products. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.Responsibilities
- Develop models and frameworks to evaluate business and subscriber growth initiatives for our rapidly growing G1 business. Examples include evaluating the impact of multi-account usage.
- Forge strong cross-functional and cross-product collaborative relationships to align on shared goals and understandings. Act as a trusted advisor, providing logical recommendations and conveying challenging messages to relevant business partners.
- Prioritize and manage multiple work streams in a dynamic environment, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Transform investigative findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives that drive impactful business decisions for executive management and key stakeholders.
- Drive projects and initiatives, oversee the work product of others in supporting larger, more integrated, cross-functional, complex projects and initiatives.
