Incentives Strategy Manager, YouTube Go-To-Market Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking/private equity/venture capital, corporate strategy, or technology/media company.
  • 3 years of experience creating recommendation presentations for senior leadership and executive level stakeholders.
  • 3 years of SQL experience and working with data sets to deliver insights and recommendations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in YouTube business or tech organizations.
  • Experience working in sales, partnerships Go-To-Market (GTM), or operations.
  • Ability to execute, multi-task and lead complex and ambiguous strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional groups and executive leadership.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design, pilot, and deploy incentives strategy to content partnerships, including menu and pricing composition, goals, tooling and workflows, and training and communication.
  • Own incentives model design for content partnerships ensuring it meets the defined segment business objectives through ongoing evaluation analysis, and partner with cross-functional teams to develop incentives innovations.
  • Partner with content partnerships leadership and cross-functional partners to help design, shape, launch, and manage incentives goals and roadmaps.
  • Drive project management and change management to launch and land cross-segment incentives innovation initiatives with partner teams.
  • Identify tools, processes, and automation that improve incentives processes, develop plans to implement changes that help the business deliver on key results.
