Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with Google Ad Solutions, expertise in video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV) and understanding of landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
- Ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments, influence, collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
- Ability to sell/propose creative technologies across a landscape of various decision makers.
- Excellent tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of high-growth, high-visibility clients who are shaping the future of AI. You are a growth engine and will drive customer value and revenue growth, which is the primary focus of this role. You will lead high-level engagements, navigating organizational structures to deliver transformational digital solutions that outpace the market. Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously focus on how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We help these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Responsibilities
- Drive transformational growth across partnerships by putting our customers’ success first and role model engagement.
- Manage and develop client relationships with C-level executives to grow the business through clear, data-driven Point of View (POVs) and recommendations that align with customer business objectives.
- Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities.
- Dive into the client’s business objectives and issues to accurately assess needs, working together to generate and manage business plans that define strategies and tactics for long-term sustained success.
- Develop relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with major customers to optimize their advertising.
