Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience creating and leading the production of customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) from creative briefs through launch for sales teams.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in designing and producing high-impact, sales-focused CXO events.
  • Experience with brand storytelling, experiential production, and bringing ideas to life in live settings, particularly within the realms of search, video, and creator ecosystems.
  • Experience with content storytelling, event production, or film production.
  • Experience in working effectively with internal creative teams and leading agency partners.
  • Ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders and articulate creative ideas and goals to different audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.

In this role, you will partner with sellers to drive industry-storytelling and experiences for our top customers. You will be part of a team that orchestrates some of Google's industry-leading conferences and innovative non-traditional experiences designed to engage key audiences. You will work across media from physical and experiential design to brand storytelling, film production, digital activations, and experience design.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and execute high-impact sales-led Chief Experience Officer (CXO) experiences, ranging from exclusive forums and roundtables to industry activations.
  • Craft the experience design for sales-led events, bringing it to life through innovative event content including advanced graphics and animations, compelling video/film, interactive product demonstrations, and engaging live performances that showcase the power of Search, Video, and YouTube creators.
  • Lead and manage partners, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver on business priorities.
  • Oversee all production elements, including asset clearances, talent logistics (especially as it relates to YouTube creators), technical production, and seamless integration of creative and experiential components.
  • Provide end-to-end project leadership, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
