Senior Account Manager, Large Customer Sales, Northern Europe (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in driving client success through advanced negotiation, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
  • Experience managing high-value advertising portfolios, consistently delivering and exceeding growth quotas.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and thought leadership for the app and gaming sectors.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategies, with a focus on managing complex digital ad campaigns.
  • Ability to think strategically, develop recommendations and action plans, and leverage data-driven storytelling and compelling narratives to deepen client engagement and buy-in.
  • Ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects, bridging the gap between internal teams and external partners.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly revenue and product adoption targets through disciplined pipeline management and data-driven scaling strategies.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and a premium sales experience tailored to achieving specific client business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage a high-value portfolio of complex accounts, utilizing deep-dive analysis to identify growth drivers, mitigate risks, and execute multi-quarter plans jointly with in-country. Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support marketing discussions and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain a high-velocity sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and the continuous identification of high-impact opportunities.
  • Partner with team members and a various set of cross-functional partners to drive business opportunities that build long-term growth. Cultivate influential relationships internally and externally to foster long-term loyalty and partnership stability.
