Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
- 5 years of experience in people management/leadership.
- Ability to communicate in German and English fluently in order to work with local clients in Germany.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in AdTech or MarTech solution selling, feature-driven media sales, or enterprise software selling, and managing multi-level client sales situations, driving sales through relationships, and with resellers.
- Experience in tech sales, strategy consulting, system integration, or solution building.
- Experience in negotiating media or tech commit agreements, strategic value adds, and agreement management.
- Experience in the use of data-driven buying or analytics instruments.
- Ability to think strategically, including making long-term impactful changes to meet strategic needs within the market and partner ecosystem.

The Consultancies and Tech Partner Team (CTP) manages all those partners in our marketing value chain which enable the media decision and who are enablers for our media sales teams.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Responsibilities
- Ensure excellence in Google Marketing Platform (GMP) reselling business, assuming commercial responsibility for the growing GMP product range and our leading enterprise grade Marketing Technology (MarTech) solution suite.
- Drive the implementation journey to accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud and other solutions, providing technical guidance and managing timelines, milestones, and business transformation strategies.
- Form strong, sustainable and collaborative relationships with consultancies and tech partners to increase the number of partner solutions leveraging Google media, data and tech.
- Seize the AI moment, creating reach and relevance to influence the industry via thought leadership and expertise for advertisers disrupted by AI.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and planning with various teams at Google. Understand the partners business model, strategy, and priorities, identifying areas where Google and partner business interests intersect to build a project/opportunity pipeline.
