Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Experience supporting executives and Managing Directors, with the ability to multitask, and provide core executive support while working on other projects.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment where delivery to a high standard is always expected.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships, leverage perspectives, and communicate effectively across all job functions.
- Excellent people-management skills and the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.
In this role, you will support the Managing Director, Google Cloud and Director and Director, Cloud AI Field Solution Architecture. You will work within a team with high visibility at Google. You’ll engage with different stakeholders - in Cloud, across Google, externally and more.

Responsibilities
- Manage a wide range of administrative tasks - including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reports, event planning, space planning, email communications, inbox management, etc. in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Coordinate highly complex meetings regularly, including customer, partner, employee meetings and other critical stakeholder meetings.
- Contribute to the Global AI GTM Team, being able to effectively manage requests from all areas of the office to be able to serve the Managing Director, and Director.
- Work with executive leadership and their teams in Cloud and cross Google in a timely and responsive fashion. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, including report preparation, offsites, and event support.
- Plan, organize, and successfully execute/manage major internal and external event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors in a timely manner.
