Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
- Experience working for or with tech companies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience navigating the regulatory landscape across risk domains, and implementing and managing multi-jurisdictional controls within a technology or global enterprise environment.
- Experience in audit functions.
- Expertise in compliance, risk management, and assurance frameworks and practices.
- Proven track record of successful collaboration and influence across cross-functional partner teams.
- Excellent investigative skills to arrange complex, disparate information, extract critical insights, and formulate well-reasoned, actionable recommendations.

The Risk, Compliance and Integrity (RCI) organization brings together critical compliance, assurance, risk and governance functions across Google to help the company meet compliance needs and enable our businesses to innovate. Our goal is to make compliance an advantage for Google by driving data-driven and policy-based compliance programs. We manage our operations through risk-based prioritization and governance and consistent and constructive regulator engagement.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Lead and execute assurance programs for domains, encompassing planning, execution, reporting, and the continuous optimization of program processes and practices.
- Oversee and support controls testing and monitoring to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to proactively identify, evaluate, and report potential risks.
- Identify, document, and manage the remediation of control deficiencies, issues, and risk exposures.
- Partner strategically with teams across Global Affairs, Product Areas (PAs), and other functions to ensure a comprehensive and structured approach to compliance.
