Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI), business finance, and other stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- 2 years of experience in consumer electronics, chipsets or cross-reality.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or a business related field.
- 5 years of experience in consumer electronics, chipsets or Cross-Reality (XR).
- 3 years of experience in preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- Experience with embedded systems and low-power design with excellent technical skills and knowledge of computer architecture.
- Experience with computing, mobile operating systems, and software application development life-cycles.
- Experience with consumer hardware development life-cycles.

In this role, you will contribute to the Augmented Reality (AR) team’s mission by owning integrated perception roadmap; delivering the core technologies that span sensors, perception models, algorithms used to deliver end user + developer capabilities. You will work with our input teams (e.g., hand and eye tracking), outward facing perception teams (e.g., scene understanding), and external partners to define and execute on our integrated perception strategy. You will partner with our hardware, silicon, compute, and performance experts to properly balance the fidelity and feature set of perception experiences across our portfolio of Augmented Reality (AR) and Cross Reality (XR) devices.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Work with partner teams (e.g., Engineers, Program Managers (PgMs), User Experience (UX)) during product design and development to implement the requirements to turn Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) into Objectives and Key Resultss (OKRs) for one or more teams.
- Develop and secure buy-in for a product goal that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction.
- Motivate launches, maintenance, and retirement in collaboration with other cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Build integrated Perception solution and roadmap, powering experiences across a range of hardware form factors to deliver quality Augmented Reality (AR), Cross Reality (XR) and spatial experiences.
- Validate the market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, opportunity, business growth). Define product roadmaps by operationalizing strategy.
