Cloud Learning Partnerships Manager, Education Tech

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6 years of experience in business development and managing external partners.
  • 3 years of experience in project management, including projects that involve multiple organizations or external stakeholders, and require planning and execution over multiple quarters.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the learning and skilling space.
  • Ability to provide thought leadership and execute on external partnership engagements.
  • Ability to build collaborative partnerships and influence effectively cross functionally in an organization in a fast-growing, and often ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, and a strong executive presence. High proficiency structuring analysis and executive communications.
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving experience, including ability to analyze data and present insights and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Build and foster Education Tech partner relationships, Identify and explore new opportunities with potential Education Tech partnerships that align with strategic goals.
  • Execute on partnership plans to strengthen the Cloud Learning Education Tech ecosystem.
  • Maintain relationships with partners through regular communication, proactive problem-solving, and ongoing support, evaluation of partnership performance, driving growth and business growth realization from the partnership and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Structure and negotiate agreement with partners, including agreement term negotiation, agreements review and drafting, and project management.
  • Develop data-driven insights to inform strategic partnership decisions (e.g., market and partner prioritization, success metric measurement, return on investment (ROI).
