Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, with a background in Supply Chain functions, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in managing full system implementation lifecycles, including analysis, design, build, testing, implementation, and support.
- Experience in implementing ERP transformation projects and collaborating on cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience in the Supply Chain business domain.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in designing and implementing core supply chain capabilities.
- Ability to partner with internal teams to define and implement solutions that enhance internal business processes, as well as a proven track record of integrating third-party products into an ERP system.
- Ability to architect innovative solutions that automate and scale business systems, and provide direction for architecture, design, build, and support activities, focusing on excellence, performance, and security.

The team identifies time-consuming internal processes and then builds solutions that are reliable and scalable enough to work within the size and scope of the company. You listen to and translate Googler needs into high-level technical specifications, design and develop recommended systems and consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation. Whether battling large system processes or leveraging our homegrown suite of Google products for Googlers themselves, you help Googlers work faster and more efficiently.
The Supply Chain ecosystem comprises both Google-designed systems and third-party commercially available products. The primary objective is to integrate and scale these systems for Alphabet. Expertise in large-scale implementation involving complex workflows and heterogeneous system architectures is essential for progress in this domain.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal business teams to architect and lead the system goal.
- Driving the technical and architectural strategy from concept to delivery.
- Ensure your team consistently delivers with quality and predictability.
- Define best practices for solution design, development, system configuration, test documentation, execution, issue identification, and resolution.
- Architect innovative solutions to automate and scale business systems, while providing direction for architecture, design, build, and support activities required for enterprise software platforms.
