- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- 8 years of experience in vendor management and vendor agreements.
- 8 years of experience working in leading global vendor operations in technology companies or in management consulting.
- Experience in technology selling/consulting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Experience in project/program management and operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in prompt developing, model evaluation, and the creative application of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Cloud VMO's mission is "catalyze business growth through strategic partnerships delivering innovative, scalable solutions". The Cloud Vendor Management Office (VMO) is a strategic function dedicated to maximizing the value, security, and performance of our cloud investments. This team manages the end-to-end lifecycle of our cloud service providers by leading contract negotiations, optimizing cloud spend, enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and mitigating third-party risks. Ultimately, the Cloud VMO acts as the vital bridge between internal business units and external tech partners to ensure our cloud ecosystem remains cost-efficient, compliant, and perfectly aligned with our organizational goals. In this role, you will enable Sales and Marketing teams by developing tailored vendor solutions, driving consolidation, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle from sourcing to spend management. You'll focus on delivering operational efficiency through AI-embedded models while maintaining high quality and service standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and contracting for business support solutions (pitch, proposal, demos, POCs, helpdesk, etc.).
- Design scalable, cost-optimal operating models that leverage AI to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Manage complex relationships with Sales/Marketing leaders and collaborate globally to deliver business results.
- Own supplier performance through automated measurement and structured governance to ensure service value.
- Run strategic initiatives globally and provide leadership with data-driven insights on business and cost impact. Monitor operational and compliance risks within vendor operations.
