- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Sales, or Channel Development in the technology industry.
- Experience in public cloud solutions across SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
- Experience serving European government and defence organisations.
- Experience managing and growing technology partnership relationships with cross-functional teams internally and externally.
- Ability to communicate in French and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience interfacing with, and being a trusted partner for, C-level executives in partner companies.
- Experience working in a partnership role at a leading SaaS company.
- Experience in public Cloud solutions across SaaS (Software-as-a-Service), PaaS (Platform-as-a-service), or IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service) markets.
- Experience working on cybersecurity solutions deployed with Cloud Service Providers, with a focus on security.
- Ability to plan and manage at operational levels and to launch partner products and solutions, including channel go-to-market motions such as multi-partner solutions, procurement through cloud marketplaces, and consumption-based solutions.

Responsibilities
- Assess opportunities for new intellectual property (IP) creation and differentiation in areas of partnership.
- Drive the creation of global demand generation and GTM plans to achieve Google Cloud and partner business goals.
- Understand and manage business engagements, and coordinate the teams’ efforts to bring a unified and powerful message to our joint customers.
- Act as the single point of contact internally for all things Thales, including operations, finance, business, and product enhancement. Work cross-functionally to ensure prompt and proper resolution of key business issues.
