Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a client-facing role within digital advertising, marketing, creative agency, or influencer marketing with sales.
  • Ability to communicate in Italian and English fluently as this is a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with project management, involving the delivery of high-profile projects and end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Experience in the creative development process, with a particular focus on influencer marketing and digital production.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, including case study development.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous space and to navigate large, complicated organizations with a collaborative approach.

In this role, you will accelerate advertisers’ and partners’ ability to create more effective ads that will drive client business objectives and grow Google/YouTube business. You will drive those businesses’ growth by architecting brand storytelling for the world’s most iconic Italian brands by leveraging our most trusted creators on YouTube and Google AI to transform business issues into sustainable results.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Creative and Creator Lead by managing client’s Brand Deals briefs in collaboration with United States (US) and IT and EMEA Brand Deals partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams to identify, prioritize, and capture business opportunities through Creators collaborations (Brand Deals).
  • Manage the internal agreement process to partner with Influencer Marketing Agency (IMA) to execute Brand Deals commercial packages through specific funds.
  • Build external sharable YouTube Creators partnerships case studies, and own the internal process to collect, validate, and share the best cases across all sectors aiming to position externally YouTube as on Brand Deals collaboration.
  • Build YouTube internal repository to support sellers on Creative case studies with specific categories, marketing objectives, and across all verticals.
