Analytical Lead, Agency, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Experience in SQL coding.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience influencing c-suite and executive level as well as cross-functional product, Large Customer Sales pods, data science and marketing teams.
  • Experience uncovering compelling insights, building narratives, and scaling thought leadership.
  • Understanding of Google’s Video products and measurement capabilities, including YouTube Reach Curves, APIs.
  • Knowledge of measurement including MMM, incrementality, and attribution solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders.

We are seeking an Analytical Lead to support key projects to drive measurement maturity and partner with agencies to make the most of Full Funnel strategy.

As an Analytical Lead, you will be an enabler for the agency's measurement solution and help land advertiser engagements within their portfolio. You will partner with some of our most advanced Agencies and work with some of the largest and most influential Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients. You will provide exposure to the Agency, Platforms and Client Solutions (APCS) team and LCS clients across all sectors and verticals. You will support some of the world's largest advertising agencies, partners, and global clients. You will also be the measurement advisor who empowers our Agency partners to unlock scalable growth on Google platforms.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop data-driven sales recommendations that align with client and agency marketing objectives. Quantify high impact opportunities with clear traffic, performance and budget recommendations. Pitch to clients when applicable.
  • Help Agencies develop full funnel strategies by setting the required foundation and infrastructure for advanced measurement, experimentation, and maximizing long-term value.
  • Lead the project executions, leveraging data from different internal and external sources to generate insights that empower agencies and their clients to realize scaled growth opportunities.
  • Own projects completely, with a clear mandate to demonstrate the measurable impact and Return on Investment (ROI) of your recommendations and Google solutions.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with key external Agency stakeholders and internal Google teams (such as gTech, measurement specialists, and LCS). You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive account growth and advance overall measurement maturity across the Agency portfolio.
