Industry Manager, CPG, Large Customer Sales (Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently as this is a customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising sales or business development within the CPG sector.
  • Experience in Digital Media and working within the CPG industry or related sectors (e.g., retail, e-commerce), in the alcohol industry.
  • Experience in client relationship management and excellent project management skills.
  • Understanding of an agency ecosystem, with knowledge of Google products, including Google's full suite of media and marketing platforms.
  • Excellent investigative sales approach and the ability to operate effectively in a large, complex, and evolving organization.
  • Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets and campaigns.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and
industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how
Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Build and cultivate strong, tactical relationships within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Maintain client and agencies relationships, identifying new opportunities to enhance advertiser efficiency and maximize ROI.
  • Provide expert digital marketing consultancy across Google's suite of solutions, including Search, Display, Video, and Programmatic, with a focus on measurement. Drive business growth and varied marketing spend through exceptional sales and business acumen and account management.
  • Analyze market trends and client performance data. Collaborate with Account Managers, specialists, and agencies to ensure seamless execution and campaign success.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships within Google, working with product experts to develop solutions that address the specific needs of CPG clients through Google's media and platforms.
  • Partner with members of the LCS team to ensure successful implementation of the client's Search and Display campaigns.
