Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience managing projects.
- Experience with supply chain operations in asset management, manufacturing, procurement, commodity management, or supplier management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with data center capacity planning and presenting to executives.
- Knowledge of the tools and elements of project management.
- Ability to use data including SQL and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
- Ability to self-initiate end-to-end project lifecycles with excellent sense of accountability and ownership and manage multiple, engaging priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop, document and execute processes to support data center power capacity management on a global basis.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop regional power capacity health plans to manage regional power constraints and drive action plans to bring constrained regions back to health.
- Create models to plan future capacity needs and evaluate capacity risks and actions to remediate capacity constraints.
- Manage multiple interdependent projects of high scope. Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, test proposals and build consensus.
- Work with partner teams to launch and deliver projects related to data architecture and process re-design around demand and supply-side compute and storage resource management.
