Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience providing support to executives within a changing team and international environment, able to navigate multiple stakeholders and priorities concurrently.
- Ability to anticipate needs, provide counsel, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Ability to adapt and adjust plans on short notice while adhering to overall goals.
- Ability to stay highly organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. - Provide comprehensive administrative support to leaders, including proactive calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, facilities and seating requests, and expense report processing.
- Serve as a trusted and transparent business partner, effectively establishing relationships with cross-functional teams and executives.
- Maintain complete confidentiality on all business matters.
- Manage communications for Directors and P2020, including emails, slide decks, Town Halls, All Teams, and Summits.
- Coordinate comprehensive technical review calendars for P2020 and User Experience (UX) teams.
