The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team, as part of International Growth team, is the strategic partner for businesses expanding internationally, providing data-backed guidance and operational solutions to drive their growth.

In this role, you will leverage Google's unique data resources and market expertise to help businesses navigate the world of international commerce. You will identify opportunities, break down barriers, and develop customized strategies for success in new and existing export markets. You will help the clients thrive in a global marketplace. You will act as a trusted advisor for Google's customers, offering strategic guidance that empowers them to grow faster and more profitably in international markets.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the GBS program’s AI offerings and partner ecosystem, manage cross-functional stakeholders effectively, run the steering committees, track and report on results. 
  • Identify and advocate GBS’ commercial strengths for customers and Google, establish a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to scale AI operational best practices amongst sellers and internal partner teams.
  • Partner with sales and customers to identify AI operational growth opportunities, enhance their international offerings, and drive business for their clients. Analyze business operations, deliver audits, recommendations and best practice sharing, connect with expert partners, and implement solutions for seamless cross-border operations and user experience.
  • Proactively develop industry knowledge and relationships, both internal and external, to help develop the program in order to better respond to the challenges faced during AI implementation.
