Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in management consulting, partnerships development, corporate development, business development, or program management.
  • Experience with public cloud solutions across Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), or enterprise applications business.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience working with extended workforce teams.
  • Experience with infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise Business-to-Business (B2B) businesses.
  • Experience with program management.
  • Ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Excellent business judgment and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will help shape the marketplace go-to-market strategy, as a part of the overall Google Cloud partner organization. You will develop, launch, and manage Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), system integrators, and channel resellers. You will manage the full life-cycle of programs, initiatives, and incentives. You will work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Partner, Marketing, Product/Engineering, Legal, Business Planning).Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Own the marketplace channel strategy and partner priorities that will inform recruiting and partner development focus. Be responsible for recruiting, developing, and supporting partnerships and the partner ecosystem for Google Cloud Platform, through training and enablement of Google Cloud field and partner resources.
  • Work with product management/engineering to prioritize product platform priorities such as market and engaged analysis, partner requirements, business-impact sizing and prioritization.
  • Manage new feature launches, including strategy/impacts/assessment, partner participation in pilots if necessary general availability roll-out, and coordination of all impacted teams.
  • Build and launch programs, initiatives, and incentives, including strategy development, impact assessment, partner participation, partner agreements, rollout, and coordination of impacted teams.
  • Work with marketplace channel partners to ensure adoption of product features, and programs, and meet their marketplace business objectives.
