 - 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
 
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in sales in the technology or advertising industry.
 - Experience in launching and scaling successful products in various markets.
 - Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English with local stakeholders.
 - Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
 - Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

As a Performance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our rapidly expanding product portfolio in the Southeast Asian market. You will be responsible for shaping the local product strategy, delivering performance product (search, performance max, demand generation) sales and product adoption quota and localizing go-to-market plans with cross-functional partners.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. Responsibilities
- Own and grow the performance marketing book of business. Push the boundary of AI max, performance max and demand generation and normalize the usage of AI in marketing.
 - Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the Southeast Asian market. Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in each Southeast Asian country.
 - Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and other teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and adoption.
 - Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement in product adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
 - Serve as an advocate for customers, ensuring their feedback is incorporated into product roadmaps and decision-making processes.
