Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Operations, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in cloud computing emerging technologies or related technical fields.
- Experience in software program management or engineering management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional and cross-team projects.
- Experience partnering with engineering, product management and support teams to facilitate the design and delivery of cloud programs.
- Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with key systems like SAP, iValua, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and data platforms like Google BigQuery.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience with data analysis and leveraging AI/ML to drive process improvements.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
The Networking Supply Chain and Commercial Operations team manages materials supply chain required to support production network build and delivery to Google product areas and enterprise customers. The team also supports contracting, funding, and billing of Google’s network assets and services.

Responsibilities
- Influence and drive design and implement scalable, API-based systems and processes to support business operations.
- Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to identify operational pain points and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Serve as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on system capabilities and project goals.
- Manage the integration of third-party systems and services, including vendor evaluation, technical implementation, and ongoing maintenance to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation. Design and implement new workflows, tools, and systems that streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy.
