Head of Industry, CPG (Spanish, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the CPG industry.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience in digital advertising platforms and solutions.

In this role, as Head of Industry with our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) team, you will serve as an essential, agile partner for clients, grounded in our goal of transforming CPG businesses into models of efficiency and profit through operational discipline and Google AI, even in the most critical conditions.

You will leverage Google's AI and operational discipline to build client relationships, drive data-driven marketing decisions, and deliver unparalleled efficiency and profitability, even in markets. Your role demands thought leadership to shape the future of CPG, optimizing YouTube, Display, and Performance solutions for maximum impact.

Responsibilities

  • Attract, develop, and retain the best talent across the CPG team.
  • Build and nurture long-term C-level relationships, developing and executing comprehensive business plans that drive critical client objectives, balancing immediate wins with sustained growth.
  • Leverage Google's full suite of AI solutions including Video, Display, Search, Mobile, DV360, with a consultant mindset to anticipate client needs, optimize advertising investments and deliver unparalleled efficiency and profitability.
  • Drive internal and external thought leadership on CPG's future, operational discipline, and Google AI, while orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver holistic digital strategies.
  • Apply problem-solving abilities and market intelligence to uncover business needs, demonstrating the impact of offerings to drive client growth, developing case studies of successful campaigns to share insights with customers and advocate at key events.
