Sales Communications and Narratives Lead, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience creating and presenting customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for sales teams.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in communications agency settings with executive, brand, and multi-media communications exposure.
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and evolving team environment.
  • Ability and willingness to take initiative, address problems, make continuous process improvements, drive matters to completion, and communicate effectively with management.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with project management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and rapid response opportunities.
  • Excellent at managing projects, influencing and collaborating with others, and delivering against timelines, goals, and milestones.

The Scale and Enablement Accelerators team partners with APCS and ALCS Leadership to create, curate and scale exceptional stories and execute memorable experiences that accelerate Google magic to sellers and customers. The team creates executive level sales-led thought leadership narratives for Leadership leading the process from content strategy, development, flow and visual storytelling. This team also designs and facilitates exceptional scaled customer and business experiences in partnership with Leadership and their teams. We lead the content strategy, development and visual storytelling and lead the experience to drive customer outcomes. The impact is then amplified as the team scales thought leadership for Google by creating, curating and scaling content, tools, case studies and best practices across Large Customer Sales (LCS) and the industry.

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop executive narratives and industry storytelling programs that support stakeholders and meet business goals.
  • Partner with multiple Google teams and executives to develop speeches, presentations, talking points, blog posts, social media content, and other executive communications for a small and large sales-led engagements.
  • Develop creative concepts and oversee the production of visual and multimedia communications (e.g., graphics, videos, etc.) that bring these narratives to life.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring timely delivery and coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, video production) and external vendors as needed, act as a trusted advisor to executives on communications strategies and tactics.
  • Measure audience engagement and gather feedback to continuously improve content and delivery and proactively drive an advanced though-leadership calendar on the future of marketing, advertising ecosystem, industry strategy and the future of AI.
