Director, AI Infrastructure GTM, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in enterprise tech, cloud sales, management consulting, or partner management, with experience in business development and strategy.
  • 10 years of experience in people management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA.
  • Experience in cloud sales (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, Iaas), business development, or consulting, with experience in management/leadership and P&L.
  • Experience successfully operating in a fast-paced, high-impact work environment, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working across multiple organizations to drive complex initiatives to resolution.
  • Deep understanding of the AI Infrastructure market, products, and different customer segments/use cases of the emerging Gen-AI industry tech stack.
  • Understanding of strategic business agreements and complex partnerships.

About the job

As the Director of AI Infrastructure GTM, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, growth, and customer success for AI Infrastructure for the North America region. You will manage a team across North America to develop and grow long-term AI Infrastructure partnerships, accelerate AI Infrastructure adoption, and to expand GCP’s leadership position across industries and business verticals. You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance and operate at the C-level internally and externally.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $224,000-$315,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Grow our North America AI Infrastructure business and expand GCP’s leadership position through long-term AI Infrastructure partnerships and accelerated AI Infrastructure adoption. Manage, lead, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Develop and drive strategic growth initiatives, business strategies, and strategic customer programs to enable customer success and scale GTM processes.
  • Own AI Infrastructure ‘rhythm of the business’ for North America, including business and finance forecast cadence in collaboration with key stakeholders, and drive commercial best-practices and profitability for GCP’s AI Infrastructure.
  • Lead complex AI Infrastructure business cycles, building deep relationships with C-Suite leaders of GCP’s most strategic AI Infrastructure customers. Influence long-term strategic direction and act as a trusted business partner.
  • Collaborate with the AI Infrastructure team to develop and execute regional and industry-specific GTM strategies. Represent Google Cloud externally at industry, customer, and partner events.
