Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting/sourcing or in a similar function.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in technical recruiting, ideally hiring for Poland.
  • Experience in closing and discussing complex compensation packages.
  • Passion for advancing the workforce as it relates to the diversity, equity, and inclusion of organizations, partners, and stakeholders.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will act as a trusted advisor to Engineering leadership to support the growth of their teams. You will offer advice on the talent market landscape, develop search strategies, and lead engagements to position Google across our various sites for success. You will understand external trends in the talent market by engaging talent for Google opportunities, actively managing the client throughout the process, assessing/evaluating talent for roles in Google, and leading discussions through to close.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for timely recruiting, delivery against goals, driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) aspirational objectives.
  • Manage strong partnerships with hiring teams and with partner teams (e.g. Comp, Test Engineering, Scheduling).
  • Manage effective relationships with Google clients (hiring managers/business leaders) with delivery and experience based orientation.
  • Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools, and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
  • Advocate and create an excellent experience, supporting assessment, evaluating skills and client needs, and drive the interview and offer process.
