Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical consumer products from conception to launch, including driving product direction, defining the goal and strategy, data-driven prioritization, and Go-To-Market execution.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science, and other product stakeholders.
- Experience with GenAI technologies for consumer applications.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building user facing products, marketplace products and features.
- Experience with Agile software development, and iterating to find product-market fit.
- Ability to operate in a constantly evolving and collaborative environment, and work in ambiguity.
- Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

In this role, you will create interactive Paid Digital Good experiences on all formats of Live streaming on YouTube. You will partner with a global cross-functional team, build and launch products that help a wide range of creators create highly engaging and exciting live streams for the fans. You will be part of the creator organization and will be focused on 0-to-1 consumer innovation and drive the product-led growth of newly launched and existing scaled products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define the product goal, strategy, and global roadmap for Interactive Paid Digital Goods features.
- Understand markets, participants, and user requirements in depth.
- Identify and drive how GenAI can create industry redefining digital goods, launch, learn, and iterate quickly.
- Partner with the Machine Learning (ML) team and Llve counterparts to continuously improve discovery of Live streams.
- Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.
