Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of experience in creative agency account management/operations, digital ad operations, advertising sales or business-development within a MarTech environment.
- Experience in developing initiatives/Go-To-Market related to Creative, Partners, or AI.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the creative development process and the creative ecosystem.
- Experience managing deals at traditional or online media companies.
- Proficiency in uncovering stakeholder needs through quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop multi-audience solutions.
- Knowledge of Google and YouTube’s ad solutions and value proposition in the market, with a specialization in creative ads products and generative AI.
- Excellent specialization in partnership management and the application of creative AI capabilities.

Your primary focus will be to empower Large Customer Sales (LCS) to pitch earlier, bigger, and better through AI-powered, value-led, and selling. You will partner with a specialized group of Creative Sales Specialists, solve brand issues by applying Google’s AI tools to drive revenue and product adoption at scale. You will bridge the gap between technical AI and creative strategy, ensuring top clients achieve measurable growth through innovative marketing solutions.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously focus on how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We help these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy and adoption of third-party creative tech partners for priority customers, using incentive funds to de-risk trials and establish sustainable creative habits.
- Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven pitches tailored to specific client needs in collaboration with partners.
- Oversee client-partner projects to ensure they remain on schedule, meet quality standards, and deliver on Key Performance Indicator (KPIs).
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of first-party and third-party creative AI tools to position the product suite as the definitive choice for brands looking to leverage AI-driven creative at scale, also manage assigned third-party creative network, elevating partner standards through data-driven reviews and expanding the vetted partner list to meet evolving business needs.
- Identify creative health opportunities across client media, specifically asset variety and ad quality while overseeing all future developments of diagnostic tools.
