Senior Account Executive, Large Customer Sales, Finance

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience influencing strategic direction through the synthesis and articulation of innovative ideas and market insights.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Portuguese to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience building and maintaining C-level relationships across advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Knowledge of the GMP stack, Cloud, GA360, and Google Audience propositions.
  • Understanding of the industry's data/tech-related issues and its growth.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how
Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Build and foster long-term relationships with C-Level executives and the client's decision-makers to build and carry out long-term digital strategies and drive better business results 
  • Generate business plans to define offering strategies and tactics for Google's platforms, identifying where they can provide the most impact to help the client achieve their business objectives
  • Develop a plan for a Digital Transformation and business impact using digital, considering the full stack of Google solutions, leading cross-functional teams to develop the best project, looking for a mid- and long-term relationship with them, but at the same time bring results and quick wins for short-term initiatives
  • Advocate for the client within Large Customer Sales, working with cross-functional teams to identify key opportunities or highlighting challenges to them.
