Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting executive management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience establishing trust with Vice President (VP) level stakeholders and formulating nuanced communication strategies for an entire organization.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and implementing GenAI workflows to improve productivity.
  • Understanding of Google’s confidentiality standards and policy landscape.
  • Ability to exercise separate judgment and discretion in highly ambiguous situations with minimal guidance.
  • Track record of moving beyond task execution to designing internal frameworks and operational improvements that impact a site or product area.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a high-level partner managing calendars and travel, ensuring executive bandwidth is strictly aligned with business priorities.
  • Prescribe and implement communication cadences and process improvements for the Vice Presidents (VP’s) leadership team and the wider organization.
  • Serve as the primary lead for cross-functional stakeholders, delivering events like summits and off-sites.
  • Advocate Gemini and AI integration, identifying automation "quick wins" and sharing best practices to enhance team-wide efficiency.
  • Execute Chief of Staff-level projects including budgeting and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) while mentoring the broader administrative community.
