- Experience in using email, spreadsheet software, docs, slides at work (e.g., sales assistant, operations).
- Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in or with internet technologies industries.
- Knowledge of internet technologies.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team and within ambiguous, constantly-evolving environment.

About the job
The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Responsibilities
- Complete tasks within the scope of a standard or low complexity projects.
- Work in a team, contributing team, and sharing knowledge when relevant to tasks.
- Possess a foundational understanding of industry/vertical/market with an awareness of when to seek additional support and guidance.
- Start to develop relationships with partners/suppliers while supporting partner/supplier relationship owners.
- Contribute or co-own managing partner engagement and relationship by tracking business /technology metrics and insights, building business forecasts, and ensuring strong brand/reputation management, with guidance.
