Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience with digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, go-to-market strategy, or digital marketing.
- Experience in identifying and partnering in brand agreements and advertising agreements
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in GTM, business development, or account management within influencer marketing and social advertising.
- Ability to manage HoldCos or IMAs, with knowledge of their budgets and decision-making.
- Ability to build GTM infrastructure and scaling product adoption across complex partner ecosystems.
- Ability to commercialize AI-driven creator tools and translate partner feedback into product requirements.
- Ability to turn complex technical solutions into compelling commercial narratives for executive stakeholders.
- Ability to have a proactive, analytical approach to driving results within fluid tech environments.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
In this role, you will build the go-to-market (GTM) infrastructure that enables both Influencer Marketing Agencies (IMAs) and traditional HoldCo media agencies to capture the full value of YouTube’s creator ads solutions. You will be responsible for shaping priorities, commercializing the next generation of creator-focused Ads products, and driving growth through the strategic enablement of the agency partners.
You will have strong commercial acumen, investigative skills, and be a great communicator and manager of cross-functional programs. You will thrive in this role if you are passionate about setting GTM strategy, exceed at building scalable ecosystems, and have a pragmatic sense of how to equip teams and partners to drive product adoption at scale. This role is all about supercharging the creator ecosystem on YouTube by ensuring flawless execution against the desired business outcomes.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the GTM strategy to drive adoption of Google advertising products in influencer campaigns, ensure business health and agency scalability.
- Empower specialized IMAs and HoldCos with the necessary tooling, integrations, and capabilities to maximize creator-related advertising on YouTube.
- Represent partner needs to internal teams to advocate for product requirements and commercialize next-generation, AI-powered creator ad solutions.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the influencer landscape to accelerate third-party partner business and expand YouTube’s creator ecosystem.
- Serve as a regional expert on APAC’s social landscape while building cross-functional relationships to ensure flawless operational execution.
