Strategic Partner Development Lead, YouTube (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships.
  • Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of YouTube shopping in Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA) with a focus on critical Business metrics.
  • Collaborate across various cross-functional teams to bring the best of YouTube to partners and keep our cross-functional teams updated.
  • Support development of GTM strategy and long-term strategies across product categories aligned with overarching business goals.
  • Develop and build relationships with commerce-focused MCNs/agencies to help them succeed on YouTube, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Serve as the local market expert for SPLA, responsible for identifying new retailers and strategic brand partners to fuel shopping growth, pinpointing unique partnership opportunities, building an initial pipeline, and providing the global team with the necessary insights and recommendations.
