Video and Connected TV Revenue Solutions Manager

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in ad operations or ad monetization role.
  • 5 years of experience working for or with broadcasters or streamers on Video or CTV monetization.
  • Experience with online video advertising (i.e., video ad serving, programmatic monetization technologies, and key standards) and trends (i.e., consumer behavior, ad lite trends and regulatory developments).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Ad Manager for Video, Google Dynamic Ad Insertion, and programmatic monetization with Google Authorized Buyers.
  • Understanding of demand sources and supply paths of high value demand and how to implement them.
  • Ability to read, run, and write SQL queries for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
  • Ability to communicate in one Southern European language (French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese) fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Revenue Solutions Account Managers (“RevSAMs”) are business generation experts within the GP Sellside team. We help large media owners to leverage the best of Google’s business generation solutions and platforms to continue to grow their business and empower our partners to thrive in a digital future. RevSAMs work with partners across all GP Sellside verticals in concert with Strategic Partner Leads (“SPLs”) to grow partners' ad business generation revenues and increase their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

For this opportunity we are looking for a Video and Connected TV RevSAM to ensure comprehensive coverage for existing digital first and traditional broadcasters, and maintain service quality for Ad Manager Video, Audio and Connected TV clients, growing both platform adoption and capturing programmatic business opportunities. The Video and CTV RevSAM will work with the SPLs and partners to activate new inventory and optimize their setup, and closely with our technical consultancy team, gTech, to ensure correctness on complex implementations and resolve issues in a timely manner.

You will also act as a Video and CTV specialist to support the ramp-up of new clients in the wider region, partnering with colleagues to apply industry best practices and set up our partners to maximize both their business and programmatic adoption, and working with our Product and Go-To-Market teams to provide feedback on upcoming product developments.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own relationships with Video, Audio and CTV partners using Google Ad Manager Video to become their trusted video business generation advisor.
  • Manage and grow your partners’ business generation revenue across Google sellside products.
    Pitch and implement new features, monitor, and analyze partners’ business performance.
  • Perform day to day account management (including business generation and policy) for a small set of both international and local broadcasters, streamers, or video and audio heavy partners in the UK and Ireland.
  • Act as a Video and CTV specialist to advise and assist account teams within the wider Southern and Western Europe region including France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. 
  • Contribute to scaling optimizations and analysis to increase team efficiency. Inform partners of our latest product updates and strengthen partners' product knowledge on the business generation agenda.
