Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Talent Management or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in talent/leadership development, HR consulting, or HR.
- 4 years of experience in program design/management/delivery and change management.
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently for client and stakeholder relationships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or Talent Management.
- Experience identifying opportunities or dealing with existing customers/partners.
- Experience analyzing information, drawing conclusions, generating alternatives solutions and outcomes.
- Understanding of people and talent offering philosophies to carry out programs and projects across business areas.
- Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.
- Ability to communicate in Dutch and Flemish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

As an HR Consultant you will have a role as subject matter expertise in HR programs, processes and execution in their particular market work closely with all areas of People operations to execute on and operationalise Google’s People Strategy.
You are an experienced HR professional who has knowledge in broad HR disciplines can lead change in a number of areas, including Labour relations, capability, manager, policy and process, culture and engagement and incident response. They offer a trusted and knowledgeable voice around HR matters as it relates to the Market, internally and externally. They will work across multiple partners and business stakeholders to collaborate and use their influencing skills as needed to represent the needs of Google.Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). Responsibilities
- Provide HR consultations on topics like performance team, career development.
- Help deploy HR programs and initiatives tailored to the country's People plan.
- Identify and prioritize recommendations to enhance the Googler experience.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure HR process delivery and manage employment policy compliance.
- Engage with executive leaders, addressing issues and fostering culture, and engagement.
