Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience in building relationships with internal/external stakeholders in sales delivery/client engagement and partner management.
- Ability to communicate in English and Russian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
- Experience in Gaming/Apps.
- Ability to build relationships across different sites in a short period with In-Country (LCS) teams.
- Ability to synthesize results, draw conclusions and convert them into business opportunities and be comfortable with numbers and complex analyses.
- Ability to initiate and execute complex, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent commercial leadership and a demonstrated passion for delivering sales results.

In this role, you will manage our rapidly growing business across the Gaming vertical in the MENA team. You will also work closely with our in-country team to deliver on the substantial commercial opportunity we see in the market.
You will lead and coach a high-performing sales team that can promote competitively. You will use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their business. You will work with our EMEA Emerging Market sales Leadership team in Dublin as well as In-Country Large Customer Sales (LCS) stakeholders to set objectives and maximize our team's performance. In addition, you will be an excellent communicator with a proven ability to coach, motivate an executive team and role model an engaged sales mindset and combine this with an ability to take an investigative approach to sales management.
Responsibilities
- Manage, inspire and motivate a team of client-facing and high-performing Googlers; act as a role model for our team by pitching high-value opportunities to our customers.
- Deliver against assigned business goals and overall sales metrics.
- Coach on engaged sales, implementation and measurement to ensure that quarterly goals are met by ensuring that key plans are in place and that recovery plans are implemented if required.
- Analyze data, trends, and client performance; develop plans for customers. Ensure that quarterly regional plans and long-term regional business plans are in place.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline, working to accelerate opportunities to meet and exceed sales objectives.
