Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and in working with senior leadership.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and effectiveness research.
  • Experience with stakeholder management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience with marketing mix modeling, attribution or experimentation.
  • 4 years of experience working in agency, partner or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners or stakeholders.
  • Experience activating measurement solutions across a sales organisation.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and close agreements.
  • Ability to be a thought leader of Google product and competitive landscape.

The mission is to optimize customers marketing outcomes through the measurement partners of customers trust. As a Measurement Partner Lead, you will work directly with leading incrementality focused measurement companies to incubate, grow and scale measurement strategies that drive growth for the world’s largest marketers.

You will leverage your deep expertise on Google products to equip measurement partners with the data and knowledge necessary to measure and optimize YouTube and Search ads performance. You will work directly with Google and measurement partner account teams to scale high impact customer engagements leveraging media and measurement best practices. You will develop insights and thought leadership supporting Google’s biggest moments (e.g. Brand Cast, ReThink, GML, etc.) and product strategies.

Deep knowledge of media and outcomes measurement (MMM/MTA/Experimentation) ecosystems building relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, managing large-scale projects and telling data driven stories.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and own measurement incrementality partner strategy through joint business plans; collaborate with pGTM, GPS and BD teams to ensure strategic alignment with market needs and coordinated execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Google pods and measurement partner account teams as you incubate, grow and scale media and measurement best practices.
  • Develop and amplify research and thought leadership support Google’s biggest moments (e.g. Brand Cast, ReThink, GML, etc.) through scaled sales channels, product forums and industry events/articles.
  • Uplevel Google and partner knowledge through high impact workshops, playbooks and perspectives.  Synthesize and distill learnings across customer engagements and research to influence Google sales and product strategies.
  • Represent the market with data-driven feedback to inform product roadmaps, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, business development priorities and marketing communications.
