Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales compensation administration, sales operations or business strategy.
- Experience in using and administering Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience administering Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
- Experience in data management and analysis with spreadsheets, demonstrated by experience with complex formulas and a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

As the Sales Compensation Administrator you will be a crucial member of the Strategy and Operations (StratOps) team, responsible for the effective administration and execution of the sales incentive plans for the Chrome OS and Education sales organizations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain sales rosters, including roles and territory assignments, and configure incentive plan rules, metrics, goals, and payout structures within the system.
- Monitor the accuracy of sales performance and compensation data, identify and resolve discrepancies, and serve as the primary contact for sales team inquiries and data issues related to incentive plans.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of incentive payouts, and manage exception requests while adhering to established policies.
- Assist in developing and documenting sales compensation processes and procedures, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements or plan updates.
- Support the communication and training of sales incentive plans to the sales organization and generate reports and perform analysis on compensation data as needed.
