Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with procurement, supply chain management, or inventory planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
- Experience with direct engagement in manufacturing operations, procurement, logistics, and supply chain network design and strategy.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with project management, launching new hardware products for electronics (e.g., PCBA, server, racks, and manufacturing).
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with materials supply chain, hardware planning, bill of materials, and product cost.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional programs within NPI hardware manufacturing and product operations to drive business execution and to deliver solutions for sustained and consistent NPI operations across various Cloud NPI portfolios.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional Cloud supply chain and engineering organizations to prioritize and drive on time execution to meet NPI commitments.
- Form and align vertical program teams to include definitions of goals and metrics, facilitating program sessions, and delivering outcomes for NPI operation and supply chain program management roles.
- Develop, define, and lead objectives and key results across multiple functional teams and in an ambiguous setting.
- Identify and deliver on process, tools, and system improvements for scale and operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic guidance and disruptive leadership across the product operation and Cloud supply chain hardware/NPI portfolio.
