Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, in building scaled operations or operations management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with the Android App and its security and privacy features, cyber security, and reverse engineering.
- Ability to interact and build strong relationships with diverse technical and non-technical groups, across all organizational levels with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
- Data-driven collaborative approach with excellent problem-solving and data analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. We partner with teams across Google to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as malware, spam and account hijacking. A diverse team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.
Responsibilities
- Lead global projects to resolve complicated Security and Privacy abuses, and build trusted user experiences with iterative process improvements.
- Demonstrate core process knowledge to improve workflows and operational work streams via process improvements and identify automation opportunities.
- Implement and execute enforcement strategies.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, build consensus, drive issues to closure, help identify risks and mitigations, and communicate project status.
- Ensure maintenance of thorough documentation of all processes and related metrics dashboards. Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to help teams scale.
