Senior Manager, France, gTech Ads Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in delivery/client engagement or operations in Sales, Marketing Operations, or Sales Enablement.
  • Experience in a People Management role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in strategy consulting in the media or advertising industry.
  • Experience managing cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships.
  • Knowledge of online and offline advertising solutions and the media landscape.
  • Ability to engage with and influence executive leadership with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize business opportunities.
  • Excellent investigative and structured problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Performance and Brand Solution Specialists focused on delivering core business performance objectives by providing services to Sales teams, advertisers, and agencies. 
  • Coach and develop your team to enable advertisers to maximize opportunities, improve performance and enhance Return on Investment for our customers in France,
  • Manage operational objectives and the creation of market strategies to help Sales deliver business growth, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with customers/agencies to ensure the successful execution of plans to deliver success for our customers.
  • Manage projects and initiatives to successfully evolve our products, tools, solutions, workflows, and processes for our team/customers.
